its sunday, so im going to the convenience store to pick up white monster energy drink (i always do)
and then im going to the gym to blast these pecs. il do flat bench only to benchmark my strenght and then il spam out incline smith machine and flies. probably pec deck too.

then im gonna spam out chest supported lateral raises like this
And il do rope laterals as well
For triceps im doing JM press its like a really closegrip bench press where u lower the bar down towards ur clavicle as opposed to over ur plexus . its great for loading a lot on triceps and beast mode on the smith machine
sorta looks like a retarded skull crusher but it feels better
and il do tricep pushdowns while leaning my back straight against the machine using this shit
then il do one where i just take the attachment off and do unilateral tricep extensions just holding onto the rope itself, like the wire or whatever
and to finish im gonna do rope crunches and hanging leg raise. i got ripped six pack abs for katheristima to check out in DM
