Insomnia drugs are the worst. Tolerance builds up quickly and when you eventually quit dizzyness is hell on earth for 10days

Dayvigo is supposedly not too prone to tolerance build up

i take trazadone and it works great for me

Can't tell if it's that 1 week extreme euphoria moment where I'm able to work and sleep at a really good pace or if the meds are actually working 

But something feels different with this stint and my sleep has never been this good 

Hopefully I don't build a tolerance to it. Regardless, my bipolar meds also have a sedative effect.

yeah that is astounding to me considering my experience with it 
I have an old bottle of it in my closet and have no desire to take it for sleep or recreation
