Can't believe I put off treating my severe insomnia for so long
If you guys have sleep issues, try to get a prescription for it
I get no sides, no next day fogginess
Has been consistently working well

Insomnia drugs are the worst. Tolerance builds up quickly and when you eventually quit dizzyness is hell on earth for 10days

i take trazadone and it works great for me

Can't tell if it's that 1 week extreme euphoria moment where I'm able to work and sleep at a really good pace or if the meds are actually working
But something feels different with this stint and my sleep has never been this good
Hopefully I don't build a tolerance to it. Regardless, my bipolar meds also have a sedative effect.
