10x10 sounds insane but all guys in my first crew were buff, and thats probably closest to manual labor. or simply alternate between high weight or high volume days

I think that the guy in OP’s pic has never worked out in his life. Agree with having volume day vs heavy day as beginner - volume for muscle, and higher reps so you train your body to handle heavier weights 

Disagree with manual labour being good for gains since you’ll get adapted to the work after like 2 weeks (which is also what happens to many people at the gym if they do the same thing every time)

I was so tired yesterday, I didn't type that out properly. 


Most of my sets are 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
