Why is it so hard to build muscle for me? - n9wiff - 25-10-2024

Been training for months now and I still look small, and my shity frame doesn't help.

My clavicles are ridiculously short. My muscle tone in also subpar.

I eat plenty of protein, get good uninterrupted sleep and train hard.

I feel like I need more size on my lats and arms. Also my abdomen has almost no muscle tone

I wasnt consistent for first few months but I still trained. No bodyweight exercises only dumbells and some machines

your physique is like deflated bro! maybe try creatine and pump up that water and carbohydrate intake! you will have higher baseline intramuscular water retention even when resting and this will eliminate your deflated look!

keep in mind , creatine does not bloat your aesthetics it only affect muscular water retention and i suspect you are counting proteins but not total calorie intake which is arguably more important. hope this will help your ethnic journey

100+g protein and 5x5 compounds every third day for couple months
or get manual labor job, like proper hard one. idk i may be muscular because second and be deluded gym did shit for me

tbh i feel like u could try german volume training routine kek. im not sure but going far with low weight puts more load on muscle than high weight low reps
10x10 sounds insane but all guys in my first crew were buff, and thats probably closest to manual labor. or simply alternate between high weight or high volume days
