Agree with having volume day vs heavy day as beginner - volume for muscle, and higher reps so you train your body to handle heavier weights Disagree with manual labour being good for gains since you’ll get adapted to the work after like 2 weeks (which is also what happens to many people at the gym if they do the same thing every time)
