Weights, front neck curls, back neck curls and on the side, i just put a towel over the weights because they are dirty, i kid you not if you do it every 2nd day you will see a lot of growth after a month, i have a few hours late at night where i need to be available in case someone from my job needs me but they basically never do so i just watch tv shows and do dumb shit like training neck, tho I don't think you will need it since u started test.

I don't think test will magically make you a jock with no effort tbh, at least at normal/healthy doses

We have to do everything in our power to imitate a fraction of fullblown jock, C rely on oil won't cut it

I still have no idea which way trains which part ngl. I lay on my back and feel tension on my front as im training. I only feel that I have trained back part when I finally go up and move my head left and right

you should do 2 sets to complete failure for each exercise/side or 1 if you don't feel like it

each side left and right you do on your back with head to the side + do front on back 

and do back part on front

I LOVE NECK TRAINING BUT I STOPPED NECK BRIDGES, NOW I JUST USE 45LB PLATE MAXIMUM WITH HIGH REPS

it’s cope tbh. trained it pretty consistently for like 2 years and it’s nothing close to the jock athletes you posted. you wouldnt even be able to tell i trained it tbh. and i was doing 60kg with the neck harness.

Is the wide neck look coming from the neck muscles or the upper trap? Because if it’s the latter the workout wouldnt be neck curls it would be farmer walks
