Have you ever noticed that the only ones who are getting slimmer with cardio are fitness instructors?

Quote:Thirty recreationally trained volunteers were randomly assigned to 1 of 3 training groups: (a) SBST (performed a warm-up with a static stretching protocol before each strength training session); (b) SDST (before each training set, a static stretching exercise was performed); and © OST (entire session was performed without any type of stretching exercise).

Cardio is #1 but do it with nose breathing please
stretching/mobility is underrated you should be doing it bi-daily just look up some basic athletes stretching routine weight lifting isnt that important past an intermediate level for average people if you can bench 100kg x 1, squat 100kg for reps and deadlift 140kg (no straps, conventional), you are fine unless u care specifically about being strong/massive; these goals should take only a few months unless ur really short/small also i advise doing some basic balance exercises for stability strength like basic martial arts stuff (karate kick exercises are good here)
