I have debilitating intrusive thoughts where it sends me into physical pain for a few seconds where I am frozen it affects me socially greatly furthermore I have compulsions like washing my hands and cleaning things and also avoiding light etc which greatly affects my physical health
this is a problem but its just a result of my extremely high iq

yeah thats called OCD and I have it too. I almost never feel at peace because im constantly fighting intrusive thoughts that cause my torso to clench up and I shake my head to reject the thoughts
