I have come to the conclusion that 5hr30min is the optimal amount of sleeping

for someone who wants to be productive and have as many hrs/day as possible but at the same time not have the negative repercussions of sleeping too little

I've seen virtually no difference between sleeping 8, 9, 10 hours of sleep and 5h30, and also the more hours you add the more shit you feel in some way, but that's probably psychological pressure

also, sleeping on hard surface is invaluable (water is wet) and half sleeping on bus, bench etc doesn't count as sleep because your body doesn't relax completely

would like to hear your insight @MVP @brocode @"зайчик"

2 hrs/day and well rested hypothetically possible if you autistically work your life around it

not sure it's physically possible

anything less than 5h30 I catch myself struggling to keep my eyes open unless I keep moving

one of the most embarrassing things you can do is fall asleep in a public space where you are not supposed to and have others wake you up

into this during a ldar phase

the way it supposed to work is sleeping 20 min every few hours

not possible if you go outside at all lmfao

you could probably do a chunk of ~3-4 hours and naps

no, but I've come close

once I fell asleep on the bus and some dude woke me up

because I take those long trip busses, one of my biggest fears is falling asleep and not getting off in my terminal, and ending up in some city 200km further...
