today it was 2-3 C temperature with strong wind, and some gypsy beggar was running around with just a t-shirt on asking for change. Meanwhile I was wearing a jacket and still felt cold. Also, his skin was falling off, half his arm was red like a giant dried up 3rd degree burn.

Is this krokodil? Battery acids? Meth?
