it isn't that i just find them weird. could they defend themselves well back then? the way they are doesn't make much sense for me, like they are just there for us and that's it

but they have been selectively bred for millenia, and you still need to 'break' a horse to be able to ride it

horses throwing retards off their backs or kicking the shit out of them because the person doesn't know what they're doing is a daily occurrence

i used to ride ponies at my cousins farm (when i was a kid), you would incentive them by giving them a sugar cube afterwards 

they're really passive animals overall
