it does work, takes a while to see permanent results from bashing ur face in like a retard though. you have to hit yourself pretty hard aswell so youd have to be in constant humiliation rituals by walking around everywhere with bruises on your zygos/chin/gonions before your blood vessels adapt to the pressure which takes weeks if not months. worked for me when i was a shut in neet and didnt go outside for literal weeks at a time

Yeah also I would recommend avoided direct lateral hits I could feel some pressure on my sinuses from it and it could inflame or rupture the sinus lining. At this point I've essentially hones my bonesmashing to be completely safe and effective
