Androgenic recommends it. He's 140 IQ so I trust he's not being delusional

Localized swelling can add mms of volume instantly at impact site

Scar tissue build up overtime can add additional permanent layer

Superosteal hematoma once ossified/calcified can create bonafide new bone!

Never stop hitting yourself

It's a popular spot because low nerve concentration, hurts less, and recovers quick. Zygos hurts a lot

I had incorporated brow ridge bonesmash on my looksmax routine 10 years ago until one time I got temporary paralysis on my eyelid and horrible ptosis assymetry that lasted a week so I instantly decided to stop.

Yeah generally advisable to avoid that area. I tried but it's too tender. Bones here are also rather delicate risk serious damage

RE: Bone smashing might be legit - Ropium - 04-05-2026

First 3 days of bonesmashing field report

Nerve endings are dead on right cheek and chin. No issue with motor function but zero sensation.2 to 3mm of height to struck areas.

Attention from women increased at least 3x

Respect from men doubled

Lol at the google search ai being fed media hysteria

>Does nothing

>But also muh asymmetry

Chose one

They're right it causes nerve damage and there's some risks, but none of it is guaranteed..if you're not insane or idiotic you'll figure out pretty soon what to do to avoid concussions and lacerations.

Asymmetry is.a.good thing it tells you there's an improvement so you can compensate by focusing on the other side.

When something works the mainstream response is always immediate panic. Same with roids. Good sign tbh it means they're afraid that it'll work.

Cage
fuck do roids do? they make u buff what else? u can have good body just by having good eating habits and gymceling twice maybe even once a week
some of u mfs came with bonesmashed frontal cortex off factory

RE: Bone smashing might be legit - Ropium - 13-05-2026

Roids increase growth factors across the board not just muscles but whole body systemic effect. It increases bone size and density. it's a nootropic makes you more likely to care about the truth over social consensus, it's neuroprotective. All very important in current xenooestrogen infused environment. You need roids just to keep from being involuntarily trooned

RE: Bone smashing might be legit - Ropium - 13-05-2026

Notice a lot of the pushback on bone smashing is from surgeons and other "experts" aka regurgitator of dogma in the medical community. Cutting into their business much?

Fact of the matter is bonesmashing is completely novel activity driven by unprecedented evolutionary pressures..it's closest analog would be boxing, but boxers are not hitting themselves hard in specific areas daily with hard objects, hammer or fist. They're hitting it with padding or glove in light sparring.

If the medieval community wants to be taken seriously they need to do a true study on this and not just reflexively dismiss anything outside of their knowledge base and experience. Im guessing they won't do that, same with mewing, they know lending credibility to new models like this would make most of their practice obsolete.

loox is a midwit narcyfag who used to try his hardest to emulate lookism posters

so easily manipulated/influenced, with an extreme inferiority complex

it's just not possible to rot on discord like he did and come out happy; it's very satisfying watching millions of people mock him for balding and being recessed knowing how bad of an ego he has

and the audacity to dox one of your best friends just because he mogs you by ~1 psl facially

RE: Bone smashing might be legit - neeguhyo - 17-05-2026

but the rest of the thread is pm right

apart from the fact that localised swelling looks like shit, just lol at loox bonesmashing in a club toilet because he thinks the swelling will make him look more dimo

RE: Bone smashing might be legit - dnr - 28-05-2026

it does work, takes a while to see permanent results from bashing ur face in like a retard though. you have to hit yourself pretty hard aswell so youd have to be in constant humiliation rituals by walking around everywhere with bruises on your zygos/chin/gonions before your blood vessels adapt to the pressure which takes weeks if not months. worked for me when i was a shut in neet and didnt go outside for literal weeks at a time
