drinking frequency: down from 6-7 to 4-5 days per week
amount of wine drunk per session: down to 1 l (slightly higher quality, 14% instead of 11,5 - 12,5%) per day
already feel a lot better. not starting my days feeling like i ve been hit by a truck the evening before, at least

I'm getting frequent panic attacks since quitting drinking
Might go all in and try and drink myself to death tbh. I'm miserable sober anyway
