Starch + lean meat

First time in a long while that i felt full and satisfied before finishing a meal

It's like my whole body is regenerating. I'm losing weight, having more energy, feel better overall

I need to start exercising again; I started again yesterday
I’m still in good shape, but I’ve gone a bit downhill

Well, I'm not usually the type to let myself go, but I find relationships tiring and I've had a few minor health issues recently
That's contributed to it

diet is cope, btw (or should I say its impact is massively exaggerated)

I've been fasting for great lent, I'm on large calorie and protein deficit and still having noticeable workout progress
