not just in terms of my physique (never even entertained the thought of being visibly fit, just not obese), but my mindset and what that means for my QoL, primarily academic career, overall

just finished a session myself. everything feels so much better now, but i did it too late and now it's bedtime, but i feel so wired

My workouts are (I pick only one)

1. throw dumbells around
2. jump rope
3. abdominal wheel
4. pushups

Lately I don't find the time. If I'm between breakfast and lunch for example, I'd rather "go for a drive" then sweat in my office gym

never train legs

its completely useless, nobody even sees them nor do they care about ur legs

Legit + my legs are the only developed part of my body thanks to tens of thousands of hours i spent playing futsal till failure

My thighs and calves development is really not the issue, it's my 13 yo girl tier upper body
