I was in a ward for 1 month during 2017 (i was homeless and got stress induced psychosis) and later on I got a bill where I had to pay 500 euro for the 1 month stay in ward

Having your freedom taken away from you feels horrible, being in a ward is just like being in a prison in the sense that you are locked up, you cant go out even if you want. The doors to the wards entrance are locked

Its just suffering, you dont wanna be locked up
