Unless you are trying to cut weight, i recommend getting a protein shake / mass gainer IMMEDIATELY,, because if youre serious about progressing, then ur gonna get one later on anyways and u gnna consider this wasted time if u dont have it right now .

only when i stop being at fucking 30+% bf will i, maybe, consider getting in actual shape
