Unless you are trying to cut weight, i recommend getting a protein shake / mass gainer IMMEDIATELY,, because if youre serious about progressing, then ur gonna get one later on anyways and u gnna consider this wasted time if u dont have it right now .

obviously my primary goal is to cut weight, because i'm an obese piece of shit
