I have dream journaled for about 500 days now and practice lucid dreaming on and off, I just wanted to know what you guys thought of the whole thing and if you had any particular methods you use.

I've lucid dreamt like 3 times or so on accident and before anything truly awesome happens I just wake up
Also always happens when I have very bad sleep issues "Madness, as you know, is like gravity. All it takes is a little push."
