i think the 10kg dumbbells you use are too heavy for you

I think it feels this way because of strength imbalances but eventually all muscle groups catch up.

I do tricep extentions while laid down because due to a shoulder injury I cant do over the head movements without excruciating pain.

if you know how to do them properly lateral raises to complete failure

or most leg exercises to complete failure

Lateral raises doesnt hurt at all idk why yall saying lateral raises i do them with 10kg in each hand with only a slight elbow bend to failure and it’s fine

If they are supposed to catch up i wonder when. Im technically intermediate in them.

Im not on tren boyo only test. I wont do tren cause my hairline is valuable to me. Also i do high reps not low reps. I could probably do 15kg for low reps.

Neither are painful for me but I get a radiating numbness on me left shoulder when doing dips
