I play around with barbell as I listen to same hyperpop songs for the 10000th time all night, not realising how quick the time passed

Dyelvid laid in 3 months?

My only problem is I don't feel my traps, not really sure if im training them correctly tbh

I tried normal shrugs, behind the back shrugs, kelso shrugs and don't really feel anything. like I can go until morning, no tire?

traps are probs one of the easiest muscles to grow, they just require heavy weight

use a rack so you dont have to deadlift the bar off the ground. and buy a cheap pair of straps so your grip doesnt slip. then use heaviest weight you can and dont worry about being strict with form. you should basically feel like youre ego lifting

if you have a trap/hex bar then thats even better, it feels so much more effective than a straight barbell
