i feel like i had a stroke when i try to type fast the morning after heavy drinking

fingers just won't listen to me, i can tell i'm 30% slower without even testing myself

You should do a thorough medical checkup, seeing a clear example on paper that shows how much damage you really inflict on your body by drinking could help you stop. I am not a heavy drinker but I did go overboard a few months ago, I noticed a few health issues/symptoms and I did an endoscopy and it turns out my stomach lining is roasted, really put it into perspective how dumb what I am doing really is.

i did a full blood test 12 months ago and my liver enzyme values were 3x the maximum in the normal range. ramped up on drinking significantly since then

i just have to stop or i m dealing with imminent cancer diagnosis
