I shower once a week. Rarely change my clothes or underwear, my room is messy, i have a bunch of dirty dishes on my table that i havent washed for a week. I also dont take care of my weight/bodyfat, I eat 450 gram frozen pizza just for breakfast

no wonder i have social anxiety.

If you have dopaminergic or executive function problems don't feel guilty at all about that bro. It's in deedsake normal, brains with those problems can't manage things such as hygiene, organization, or anything that needs ef well. You have a job which in deedsake is very important bro.

I have the same ef problems as you, I find hygiene-related stuff incredibly difficult. As I can't shower nor clean my ass (I find this embarrassing) easily, but at the same time I find I must do it every time I go outside the first time of a day, I can go days without being able to go outside being "kinda forced" to stay indoors.

Yep you should, you could buy it some days ago so well, it likely could help.

My hygiene is a joke, I clean up a bit before seeing people but if I’m hungover I won’t bother

Shower once a week brush every two days probably

If you can buy levodopa and segiline, they could be life-changing. Could I ask you for how long have you had major depression symptoms?

I'm very sorry for what happened to your dad. I hope you're bearing it as good as you can, even though it isn't easy at all.
