you can most likely do more you just experience blood rushing to your shoulders-triceps, this is different from muscle fatigue

try shaking your arms a bit (stand on one arm each time and shake the other) or go to pike pushup position for 1-2 seconds, blood will rush out and you can keep going

just have some basic self-respect and not allow urself to be bodymogged by normies, faggots and niggers

also you need to be able to beat up 99% of the population (normalfaggots) if you have to, in order to reinforce your arguments

That's the only reason I'm working out if I'm being serious for a while

Can't stand other men ( and women ) not taking me seriously when I look like a frail 12 year old 

In every conversation I had in my last class, like I could just tell no matter what I said, the social dynamics were just never gonna be in my favor 

I have like 3 more months till my semester starts, so I've been going it really hard with the eating and training for my first impressions, up by 5kg but not enough. Looking better slightly though

Yeah, I eat as much as I can

I've been making progress, just really slow, though only recently have I been actually like staying consistent and training properly
