It's very pleasant to be up at 3AM
To still have a normal sleep schedule, just go to bed slightly earlier than 8, or alternatively "start a new day" without sleeping (When 7-8 am comes, fix some breakfast and wear new clothes).

I would sleep only at like 6 am
And everyday I would slowly shift my sleep back slowly and slowly I'm now sleeping at like 2 to 3 am which is huge difference You have to force yourself though, it's torture Xanax helps

sleep is one of the most important things in life
my advice is to set an alarm for around 10am. you'll struggle for the first few days, but then youll get into a routine. adjust the alarm so that you can go to bed at a reasonable time (around 11pm) and wake up feeling rested - ideally, youll start waking up naturally before your alarm goes off

So, never be up at 1AM? Sounds shite

It is super hard to treat, there is a whole subreddit where people have no idea how to bring their schedules back. Ive tried agomelatine and that helps some. |
