Whole body numb and slow and I still can't sleep

Shouldn't have pulled an all nighters for that test when I spent that entire time procrastinating 

Shouldn't have slept this after noon either

even If I reset to sleep at 8 

slowly day by day it falls back to falling asleep at 5 am and waking up at 3 pm

You may have developed DSPD and a mild form of N24. Agomelatine seems to be the only way to phase advance.
