You need to get accustomed to it, delete cache from your subconsciousness.

Shock

I read that the CIA/FBI or whatever agency conducted experiments where they made people undergo extreme sensory deprivation to sort of clean and rewire their brains ( very simply put for non STEMcels like me )

I'm not even sure if this is legit but what if...

  • Placed in stress positions for long periods of time in order to induce severe pain
  • Threats made against his family, including female members
  • Forced nudity, including in the presence of female personnel
  • Placed in tight restraints for many months on end, day and night
  • Lowering the temperature in the room, then throwing water on the detainee's face
  • Restraint on a swivel chair for long periods
  • Various humiliations, such as training the detainee to act as a dog, dance lessons, and forcing him to watch puppet shows depicting sexual acts between him and Osama bin Laden at his mock birthday party
  • Deprivation of sleep for long periods
  • Loud music and white noise played to prevent the detainee from sleeping

How do you go through notes? Like you I have tons of handwritten notes, and although the process of writing them down serves well as a learning tool, I find it difficult going through them again. Idk, my asymmetrical handwritting annoys me, the blurry pencil, parts ive omitted for the benefit of saving time/focusing on important parts, it becomes hard to brush up.

this is my original work (80-90% of what you see on the pic)

if you are asking about my studying notes and studying habits at university, i used to take the official literature for the exam, collect other relevant literature on my own initiative (additional materials that weren't in the curriculum, but i still found them worth checking) and rewrite/merge the entire thing like it's a term paper. it was extremely time-consuming, but also extremely easy on the brain and efficient exam-result-wise. i'd usually convert 1.200 - 2.500 pages of text into a condensed 300-400-page-document and then study it like it was the official literature, but at that point i already knew almost all of it and it was technically closer to the final revision phase

i dont think this is remotely applicable for civil engineering, though. even my colleagues used to think i'm loony bin material when they realized what my method is (guess who is the OG millionaire and who works bottom tier administrative jobs in some bureaucratic joke of a governmental department now Giggle)
