 I hit the gym hard today, im physically too exhausted to do anything rn

I hate that feeling when im too tired to do anything. I have barely enough energy to even type this. im basically just sitting at my computer and just scrolling, too tired to do anything else

I have that feeling like for the entirety of this week. Like too tired to even play some games or watch a TV show.

I'm very low functioning and low energy right now

No clue, I'm just in a slump rn


My sleep is shit and I have constant headaches. My parents want to send me for a psychological evaluation for something I did leading up to this but I declined.

I just need to fix my sleep and I believe everything will fall into place

feels bro, my sleep is shit too and it sucks. its amazing how much good sleep helps, without good sleep my days run together and I just feel totally overwhelmed about life

Yeah. One thing I notice is that when I was 14ish I could run on junk food and 3 hours of sleep just fine 


Nowadays even missing good sleep for a day will throw me off. I'm only 18 too so who knows how shitty it will be when I am in my 20s or 30s  Sad
