Self explanatory.
To a certain extent taking care of your health is good but some of these people just go too far and say shit like
"gym = aging"
"eating fat and carbs at the same time = aging"
etc.
In fact, dieting is probably the biggest cope that has misled me. My uncle who was a vegetarian is literally jacked and 6ft2ish+
For the diet part it's mostly genetics and putting in the hard work into working out will influence your body-comp more, not the diet.
You can eat the perfect animal-based diet and if you are a lazy fuck with bad genetics you will become a skinny-fat abomination with breasts.
