I'm immensely dopamine deprived

I have this feeling of dysphoria constantly, like I need to get up and do something but I have no idea what to do, and lack willpower anyways.

Read about Selegiline + Levodopa bro. They work in a way that does NOT cause dopamine receptor downregulation such like dopaminergic agonists do (amphetamine etc)

Selegiline + Levodopa are NOT dopamine agonists. Levodopa is the PRECURSOR to Dopamine, like Levodopa is the building block that promotes Dopamine production, Levodopa converts to Dopamine when its in the system.

And selegiline is for making Levodopa absorb better. Basically these parkinsons medications promotes your systems own production of dopamine, makes you produce more dopamine. And does not act on any receptors. So receptor downregulation or tolerance is not an issue with parkinsons medication

Yeah, indeed bhai you told me so before, in fact as I said the other day I've known Levodopa for a long time. I also remember reading papers that also confirmed Parkinson meds could help ADD and Executive Dysfunction. However, owing to my pathetic situation I won't be able to get them for quite a long time.

Too much internet fun causes depression symptoms.

I can relate a lot. Today I feel trapped and bored. I really want to go outside but weather is bad. I just don't know what to do. If I had phone, I would probably waste some hours looking at nonsense, but now I will have to get used to the boredom (it will lead to good things later)
