I cut the on may, and with the dry weather, the only thing that grew back was feral asparagus plants. I counted 28 in total, and even tho their crops are usually tiny, that's a hefty amount.
So does anyone like eating those? How do you prep them? I heard they are the best source of naturally occurring glutathione which is an antioxidant with anti-ageing and skin lightening effects. Not that I believe in any of that, just throwing the info out there, maybe someone has more to add.
