Does anyone like asparagus? - kathisterima - 10-08-2024 I cut the on may, and with the dry weather, the only thing that grew back was feral asparagus plants. I counted 28 in total, and even tho their crops are usually tiny, that's a hefty amount. So does anyone like eating those? How do you prep them? I heard they are the best source of naturally occurring glutathione which is an antioxidant with anti-ageing and skin lightening effects. Not that I believe in any of that, just throwing the info out there, maybe someone has more to add. RE: Does anyone like asparagus? - Mr Looks - 10-08-2024 I guess you prepare them like a salad with olive oil n shit right I always assumed things like that are no different than weed and have little to no benefit for body RE: Does anyone like asparagus? - kathisterima - 10-08-2024 (10-08-2024, 12:57 AM)Mr Looks Wrote: I guess you prepare them like a salad with olive oil n shit right Some upbeat folks put them in omelette, but im not brave enough for that stage yet. Healthy eating is a scam, but there's beauty in consuming what you produce, self sustainability, logistics etc. RE: Does anyone like asparagus? - prince of shitskins - 10-08-2024 you're supposed to grill them/fry them in oil, i think RE: Does anyone like asparagus? - mosa - 10-08-2024 they're good but makes your piss smell grill it with salmon using olive oil and some lemon to finish it off RE: Does anyone like asparagus? - hello - 10-08-2024 (10-08-2024, 05:38 AM)Daily Flosser Wrote: they're good but makes your piss smell salmon most overrated fish RE: Does anyone like asparagus? - mosa - 10-08-2024 (10-08-2024, 05:51 AM)hello Wrote: salmon most overrated fish it's my favorite food. versatile af RE: Does anyone like asparagus? - n9wiff - 10-08-2024 (10-08-2024, 12:27 AM)kathisterima Wrote: I cut the on may, and with the dry weather, the only thing that grew back was feral asparagus plants. As with the anti-aging stuff, that is true as long as you are eating a vegetable based diet. Low oxidative stress from the diet + less skin glycation + better regulation of LDL receptors ( typically if you eat balanced diet and limit saturated fats which is just easier on veg ) |
