it's impossible to pass for the vast, vast majority of people and if you go all the way (estrogen, ffs, srs) you will never be content with yourself

my point being  a hobo with stage iv cancer is probably more at peace with themselves than a troon, but if it's between trooning out and suicide than i guess you should give it a shot. a pill to cure gender dysphoria probably already exists, but you could imagine the backlash if they started promoting it
