it could be because of anxiety and depression also, like if you go to sleep and think "shit I have to go to work tomorrow at 6 am I'm gonna get yelled at, I have to wake up early or I'll be late and fired" you are probably gonna make poor short sleep and wake up in the middle of the night
sleeping on back is very possible if recessed you just have to learn it, use pillow for angle and muscle memory keeps your jaw closed and mewing the entire night. I had face surgery and had to sleep on my back for 2 weeks it became a habit and improved my sleep quality actually
learning to sleep on back in a good way is best but its problatmic if blocke airway most times
The fact this is even an issue is subhumanity, everyone needs to rope immediately
