why can RADIO waves and GAMMA waves pass through objects, but visible light can't?

radio waves have less energy than visible light, but they go through objects just fine. gamma rays, having the lowest wavelengths and the most energy, are at the other end of the spectrum, and they can easily go through walls and even lead. explain?
