its because they think youre "special". they detect your autism and treat you with kid gloves, thats why theyre extra nice to you :)

sometimes i wish i really did have autism instead of my hyper-awareness in social situations. i remember in elementary school people would come to me and ask me if i thought person x liked them back and stuff cause i was so good at pointing out when someone had a crush on someone else lol
