the max you can get is modified le fort 3 i think (which doesn’t cover the le fort 2 area)

There are surgeons who do the modified Lefort 3. It can change your eye shape which can be a plus if you have scleral show or eyes with too much vertical length.

I've talked to two of them in the United States. I won't be getting one because my upper midface recession is not enough to warrant it and it will mess up my eye shape which is already close to ideal. But if you are interested and serious about getting it feel free to ask.
