I don't really care about my cheekbones, there is some very slight ogee curve at least, but the forward projection of my midface is pure garbage

I've talked to two of them in the United States. I won't be getting one because my upper midface recession is not enough to warrant it and it will mess up my eye shape which is already close to ideal. But if you are interested and serious about getting it feel free to ask.
Also, you should add a Looksmaxing subforum!!!
