1. sleep 9-10 hrs a day
2. eat 2 meals a day -- high protein, a little carbs is fine, good amount of fat (in ur protein). for dinner eat some fruit if u crave some. why only 2? when u eat a good breakfast EARLY in the morning (not even heavy, just good enough) u dont feel hungry at all in the afternoon. so u skip afternoon food and eat in the evening instead.
3. stretch in the morning and walk 20,000 steps minimum throughout the day
everything else is a bonus after this, these 3 things alone maximize 90% of ur lookz
