Most food allergies come from plants and carbohydrates
Unless a person is bitten by a specific form of flea, a human can never be allergic to meat. Think about that.
human body is made to run on glucose 90% of time
Wrong. There is a very tiny amount of glucose in the blood stream at all times. Between 4.0 to 5.4 mmol/L (72 to 99 mg/dL) when fasting. Up to 7.8 mmol/L (140 mg/dL) 2 hours after eating.
High amounts of glucose in the blood stream is called hyperglycemia and affects people with type 2 diabetes. The human body is supposed to run on fat. High animal fat diets will never ever cause hyperglycemia it is impossible.
a) that amount is enough to provide eneryg
b) ketones are not much more its less
A blood ketone level above 0.5 mmol indicates that your body is entering ketosis. That said, a blood ketone range of 1.5–3.0 mmol per liter is ideal for maintaining ketosis
