I had flu-like symptoms last night and I woke up feeling like complete garbage. I cannot be bothered to leave the house at all. Never ever doing that again its like eating cyanide.

Wrong. There is a very tiny amount of glucose in the blood stream at all times. Between 4.0 to 5.4 mmol/L (72 to 99 mg/dL) when fasting. Up to 7.8 mmol/L (140 mg/dL) 2 hours after eating.
High amounts of glucose in the blood stream is called hyperglycemia and affects people with type 2 diabetes. The human body is supposed to run on fat. High animal fat diets will never ever cause hyperglycemia it is impossible.

intolerance to food later in life comes from a build up of toxins over time. Most old people end up with some allergic reaction to food types they used to eat when they were younger. If you poison yourself over and over again eventually you aren't going to be able to tolerate it. Its pretty common sense.
