I think i either fucked it up once that i tried to get up from desk and my leg got caught and i fell over resulting in leg twist, or because i stretched my leg too much on bed and knee overextended (i remember i heard a loud pop). idk im trying to justify them too but im afraid ultimately it might be inevitability of incel genes
