Bad news: doctor saw mri and said i have meniscus tear on both knees. I got put on the hospital surgery list.

My right knee i think i tore either because I used to do jogging on concrete or because I got ran over by a car in 2016. Its an old injury that hasnt gone away. left one started hurting less than a year ago, I did an mri and the doctor of the clinic wrote no findings on left, but today the orthopedic said its meniscus tear. I think i either fucked it up once that i tried to get up from desk and my leg got caught and i fell over resulting in leg twist, or because i stretched my leg too much on bed and knee overextended (i remember i heard a loud pop). idk im trying to justify them too but im afraid ultimately it might be inevitability of incel genes
