only chicken and potatoes prepared with no oil
about 6-7g of salt a day
4liters of coke zero (2l with caffeine 2 without)
monster energy drink in the morning
20 cigs when the hunger starts kicking in
sleep protocol - magnesium bisglycinate, melatonin 10mg and ashwaganda help me sleep, i can get 7 hours of pretty solid sleep even though i am in deep starvation
gym - 3x a week, around 45mins, haven't noticed any muscle loss
physique progress - ab veins are kicking in, i am probably 2% leaner than i think since all the water weight from this absurd "diet" is fucking me over big time
