If you do more useful stuff, you need less sleep - Is that true?

Bascially if you lead a purpose driven life, you need less sleep. Don't mean workcelism or stuff you don't like. But if you pursue useful activities and your brain has dopamine and stuff, it seems like you need less sleep.

For example, painting can relax the mind like sleeping, and it's a more useful way of spending time.

Bascially, one day where you waste a lot of time doing nothing, not doing the stuff you want to do, you ironically need to rest more.

If you spend the day doing useful stuff constantly, you need less sleep. You'll have a shorter and more effective sleep.

I know I could google whether there is a scientific basis, but I don't care to. I want to see idiots come in and disagree.

Like: "Chad just needs less sleep."

God, can someone please kill this yellow retard? I'm beyond sick of this guy.
