so you cope with the inevitability of time passing by living a life where this plays no role?

Time passing doesn't worry me

do you meditate? just 'switching to the present moment' doesn't work for me, my cortisol is too high to ignore the past and future through sheer willpower.

I've started thinking like this just a few days ago. For example, when my mum tells me that I need to get a job, I try to ignore it and not allow my mood to be ruined. I said the mantra "stay happy" (or something like that, I can't remember) in my head a couple times but haven't made a habit of it
