I don't think test will magically make you a jock with no effort tbh, at least at normal/healthy doses
We have to do everything in our power to imitate a fraction of fullblown jock, C rely on oil won't cut it

I still have no idea which way trains which part ngl. I lay on my back and feel tension on my front as im training. I only feel that I have trained back part when I finally go up and move my head left and right
