use a rack so you dont have to deadlift the bar off the ground. and buy a cheap pair of straps so your grip doesnt slip. then use heaviest weight you can and dont worry about being strict with form. you should basically feel like youre ego lifting
if you have a trap/hex bar then thats even better, it feels so much more effective than a straight barbell
